EPAP Committees carry out EPAP’s work. The public can help develop strategies to improve livability and prevent displacement in the East Portland area by participating in EPAP Committee Meetings.
Committees provide operational service and issue-related forums for developing strategies for implementing Action Plan items.
New members, and proposals for new representatives and committees, are welcome! To become an EPAP Representative, or to establish an EPAP Committee, you must attend at least two general EPAP meetings, sign a Participant Agreement, and request time on a general meeting agenda.
