Commissioner Dan Ryan is the Commissioner of Culture and Livability, and the Council Liaison to the Regional Arts & Culture Council and Portland'5 Centers for the Arts.

City Council meetings are held most Wednesday mornings, and often on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Click here for the current Council agenda.
