BRFS Accounting advisory committee.
Every 10 years, the City Council convenes a Charter Commission to review and recommend amendments to the City of Portland Charter (City's Constitution). The Charter Commission is an independent body that sets its own scope of work. The Charter Commission was active from December 2020 - December 2022
This committee of diverse stakeholders is assembled by the City of Portland’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and provides input and perspective on decisions affecting the Office of Management and Finance.
The TOC is an independent five-member citizen advisory committee that reviews selected City of Portland technology projects.
