Community Board for Police Accountability Public Meeting and Executive Session
September 15, 2026, 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
The CBPA executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(a) and (f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection. The (CBPA) will meet in executive session regarding "to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent.
Executive sessions are not broadcast or recorded and limited attendance is designated under Oregon Revised Statutes 192.660.
Members of the press may contact Kristen Thorp at kristen.thorp@portlandoregon.gov to attend.

Registration for virtual public comment closes 2 hours prior to the start of the meeting. In-person testifiers must sign up before the agenda item is heard.
When testifying during the meeting, state your name for the record. If you are a lobbyist appearing on behalf of a lobbying entity, you must also declare which lobbying entity you are authorized to represent in your testimony. (The City's lobbying regulations can be found in City Code Chapter 2.12.)
Each person will have 3 minutes, unless otherwise stated by the facilitator.

To submit written public comment, email kristen.thorp@portlandoregon.gov by Sunday, September 13, at 5pm with the subject line, "Public Comment for CBPA meeting September 15, 2026" All files must be submitted by that time to be included in the meeting's record.
