The City of Portland, in partnership with Motus Recruiting, invites you to share your voice as we begin the search for the first Director of the Office of Community-based Police Accountability (OCPA).

Building trust and accountability in policing requires meaningful engagement—especially with those most impacted. We're seeking input on the qualities, experiences, and values that matter most to the community. Your lived experiences and insights will guide this process and help shape how candidates are evaluated.

Join the City and Motus and help shape this leadership role!

We are holding community listening sessions on April 5, April 7, April 13, and April 15. We encourage you to attend any session that works for your schedule and to share this opportunity with others. We want to hear from as many voices in the community as possible. We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible space for all.
