New Rule on Deferred Submittals for Manufactured Roof Truss Engineering

The Bureau of Development Services will only accept the deferred submittals after the main building permit has been issued. As of Feb. 1, 2018 BDS is discontinuing any practice of allowing the deferred submittal to be turned in while the main permit is still under review.
