Got burst pipes? Apply for a credit on your sewer, stormwater, and water bill.

If you had frozen pipes burst or leak during the January 2024 winter weather event, you can request an adjustment (or credit) to your sewer, stormwater, and water bill so you don’t have to pay for the increased water use.

Metro Approves Seven New Portland Projects for Affordable Housing Bond Funding

Seven new Portland projects received full concept endorsement from Metro for funding from Metro’s Regional Affordable Housing Bond, bringing the city to 1,200+ units of affordable housing in the pipeline through the Metro Bond—or 83% of the goal set forth for Portland's allocation of the funds.

Portland Housing Bureau Announces Nine Projects for Metro Funding

With the slate of new projects recommended for funding from Metro’s Affordable Housing Bond, Portland will surpass 80% of its Metro Bond housing goals. Land donation by Kaiser Permanente will further bond progress in 2022.
