Inclusionary Housing Calibration Code Changes to Be Presented to City Council

PHB will bring final recommendations for code changes for the Inclusionary Housing program to City Council for a presentation and public hearing on January 10 and a vote on January 31, 2024. Recommendations include expanding the IH full-building property tax exemption, effective March 1, 2024.
