Portland Housing Bureau awards funding to help preserve 161 units of regulated affordable housing

Funds released in a Fall 2023 solicitation will benefit two projects, Rosemont Court and the Shoreline, helping to maintain affordable housing for low-income seniors and at-risk individuals with significant barriers to permanent housing.

Inclusionary Housing Calibration Code Changes to Be Presented to City Council

PHB will bring final recommendations for code changes for the Inclusionary Housing program to City Council for a presentation and public hearing on January 10 and a vote on January 31, 2024. Recommendations include expanding the IH full-building property tax exemption, effective March 1, 2024.
