Portland’s Independent District Commission selects district map boundaries to create four geographic voting districts for the election of city councilors starting in November 2024
In response to public comments, the commission revised the Alder map to create the final map for the four districts. The districts were assigned numbers. The use of the Alder name will be discontinued. The commission voted to approve the final district plan on August 21.
