Southwest Hills

Southwest Hills is a neighborhood in the West Hills (Tualatin Mountains) in the southwest section of Portland, Oregon, United States. The northeastern part of the neighborhood, above Goose Hollow and Downtown Portland, is known as Portland Heights.

Construction and Maintenance

This project is in the early planning phase. Design for the project will likely not begin until 2022. Construction is not expected until 2023 or later.
Construction began in November 2020 and will take up to two years to complete.
The project is currently in the pre-design phase. Construction is expected to begin in late 2022 and should take about four to six weeks
