Construction and Maintenance

Phase 2 construction completion awaiting building construction to finish.
Construction began in November 2020 and will take up to a year and a half to complete.
The overall project is still in the early investigation and evaluation phases. Engineering design work will begin in 2021 and will be completed in the spring of 2022. Construction will begin sometime after the end of design.
