Southwest Hills is a collective of neighborhoods located on the Tualatin Mountains in southwest Portland. Council Crest Park, at 1,073 feet above sea level offers fantastic 180-degree views that include five mountains in the Cascade Range: Mount Hood, Mount St. Helens, Mount Adams, Mount Jefferson, and Mount Rainier.

Construction and Maintenance
Construction on another section of the Tanner Trunk Sewer is currently in design with construction anticipated to begin in Spring 2026.
Late Summer 2023 - Winter 2026
This project is in the design phase. Construction is expected to occur in 2027.
