Metro Bond + TIF Opportunity Solicitation (M-BOS) - Fall 2022

The M-BOS invites development partners to submit proposals for affordable rental and homeowner housing to meet Portland’s goals for the Metro Housing Bond and N/NE Neighborhood Housing Strategy. Proposals will be accepted for four sites: two owned by PHB, one by Kaiser Permanente and one by Metro.

Far Southwest Neighborhood Association meets on the fourth Tuesday of January, April, June and September. These meetings are always open to the public. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in June.

Willamette River Crossing Project Update - Homestead Neighborhood Association

Homestead Neighborhood Association will host the Willamette River Crossing project team to give a general overview and update, including the project’s goals and benefits as well as what to expect during construction.

PHB's Metro Bond + TIF Opportunity Solicitation (M-BOS) for Affordable Housing Projects

The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) has released a Metro Bond + TIF Opportunity Solicitation to provide up to $39.8 million in capital funding from the Metro Regional Housing Bond and Tax Increment Financing from the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area (ICURA) for affordable housing development.
