Reed is a quiet, safe neighborhood that still has a few of its original farmhouses, but generally reflects a “mid-century” architectural style of small Cape Cod bungalows from the 40s and 50s and modern ranch style.

Construction and Maintenance

Currently we are working with community stakeholders and technical experts to develop a design concept. Concept design is expected to be completed by December of 2021 and information will be shared here.
Construction is anticipated to begin in summer 2021.
