South Portland

South Portland includes the historic neighborhoods of Lair Hill, South Waterfront, Corbett, Johns Landing, Terwilliger and Fulton. A pedestrian and bicycle path, along the Willamette River stretches from the I-5 Marquam Bridge, past Tilikum Crossing and Ross Island Bridge, through Willamette Park, to Sellwood Bridge at the southern border.

Meeting Time and location
General meetings South Portland Neighborhood Association holds an Annual Meeting with elections on the first Wednesday in April, at 7:00 pm. See website for virtual meeting link and more information. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome.

Construction and maintenance

Major construction activities began in July 2025. Construction is expected to continue through fall 2028.
