General meetings Russell Neighborhood Association meets 6:00 - 7:30 pm, on the third Tuesday of January (Annual Meeting), April, July and October, at Linfield University, Building 2 Conference Room, 2900 NE 132nd Ave. Parking is available in any unmarked space. Confirm details and join using the virtual link on the Russell Neighborhood Association website. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome.
