Meeting Time and Location
General Meetings Russell Neighborhood Association meets quarterly on the 4th Tuesday of January, April, July and October, 6:00 - 7:30 pm. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in the winter.

Location: Linfield University, Building 2 Conference Room, 2900 NE 132nd Ave. Parking is available in any unmarked space. Participants can also join remotely at https://bit.ly/russellmeeting2024.
