Meeting Time and location
General meetings Richmond Neighborhood Association meets 7:00 - 9:00 pm, on the second Monday of the month. No meeting in January. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in May. In-person meetings are held at Central Christian Church, 1844 SE Cesar Chavez Blvd. Check the website to confirm location or obtain a Zoom link.
