General Meetings Portsmouth Neighborhood Association meetings are held on the second Monday of the month, 5:30- 6:30 pm. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in Spring. Confirm in-person meeting location or instructions to join virtual meetings on the website. Meetings are open to the public.
