Construction began in June 2024 and will take up to a year and a half to complete.
This project is in the design stage and construction is paused until fall of 2028.

Traffic Advisory: Road closed at SW 1st Ave and SW Arthur street
Drivers advised to use detour for westbound travel toward SW 2nd Avenue to allow Portland Water Bureau crews to safely complete an emergency water main repair.
