| General Meetings | Portland Downtown Neighborhood Association holds meetings on the 4th Tuesday of the month, at Multnomah County Central Library, 801 SW 10th Ave, Meeting Room 1A (first door to the right of the main entrance, before the lobby). The General Meeting is held 6:00 - 7:00 pm, followed by the Board Meeting, starting at 7:00 pm. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in October or November, at a date to be determined by the Board of Directors. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome.
