Meeting Time and Location
General Meetings Overlook Neighborhood Association meets on the second Monday of the month. No meetings in August and December. The General business meeting is held from 6:30 - 7:30 pm, followed by a Board meeting that is held 7:30 - 8:30 pm. Overlook Neighborhood Association's Annual Meeting with elections is held in September. General meetings are open to the public. See website to confirm time and location of in-person meetings or instructions to join virtual meetings.
Board Meetings Overlook Neighborhood Association meets on the second Monday of the month. No meetings in August and December. The Board meeting is held from 7:30 - 8:30 pm, following the General meeting that is held 6:30 -7:30 pm. Construction and Maintenance

Design 2023-2024; Construction 2025-2026
Construction began in April 2023 and will continue through June 2026. Check the webpage for regular project updates.
Study completion expected Spring 2025
This project is finalizing the design of Phase Two. Phase One began construction November 2025 and Phase Two in the fall of 2026.
