The Jade Apartments are now open in Powellhurst-Gilbert, bringing 40 new affordable, family-focused units to the neighborhood. 26 units have 2-3 bedrooms to accommodate families with kids, and 5 units are regulated at 30% AMI for extremely low-income tenants.

73Foster has opened on SE Foster Road, containing 64 units, from studios to 3-bedrooms. 29 units are family-sized and 22 offer Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) with wrap-around services for those exiting homelessness. The project was supported by the Metro Affordable Housing Bond.
