The Homestead neighborhood is in Southwest Portland. It includes large institutional and residential facilities such as OHSU, VA Hospital, and Terwilliger Plaza, and hundreds of acres of undeveloped forests and parks, all just a few minutes from downtown.

Free parking is available. See website for more information. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome. |
| Board Meetings | Homestead Neighborhood Association meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month, 6:30 - 8:30 pm. In-person meetings are held four times a year - March, June (Annual Meeting), September, and December, in the OHSU Old Auditorium (Library Room 210) on Research Drive off SW Gibbs. Parking is available and free. All other meetings are virtual. There are typically no meetings in July and August. See website to confirm meeting schedule, location, and instructions to join virtually. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome. |

Construction and Maintenance
Construction is currently scheduled to begin in Spring 2027 and will take about up to two and a half years to complete.
Major construction activities began in July 2025 and should take about three years to complete.
This project has been paused. Construction is not expected to begin until 2031.
