General Meetings The Healy Heights Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting is held on the 2nd Sunday in September, at Healy Heights Park, SW Patrick Pl and Council Crest Dr. Arrive at 5:00 pm for a Potluck Dinner before the meeting begins at 6:00 pm.
