Major sewer construction is complete. A few minor tasks remain, including spot paving and general site cleanup, which will be completed over the next few weeks.

Portland Housing Bureau Funds Helped Open 928 Affordable Homes Last Year
PHB deployed funds from voter-approved sources including the Portland Housing Bond, the Metro Housing Bond, the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF), as well as Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts.
