Eliot Neighborhood, in Portland Oregon, in the heart of the former city of Albina, is a great place to live, work and play. As an inner city neighborhood we are close to just about everything.
Eliot Neighborhood Association Board meets on the 3rd Monday of most months. In January, February and June, meetings are held on the fourth Monday due to holidays. No meeting in December.
