Civic Life's Neighborhood Program serves the East district through a city-run district office, East Portland Community Office (EPCO). The East district includes neighborhoods east of 82nd Ave/I-205 and includes about 25% of Portland’s population. EPCO meeting space in The Nick Fish building at 10560 NE Halsey St, #4 is available by appointment.
