The Centennial Neighborhood is in East Portland, bordering Powell Butte Nature Park to the south and Gresham to the east. It’s a relatively large neighborhood with a diverse population.
The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability is hosting neighborhood events around the city where people who live in the area can get rid of large, bulky trash items for no charge.
Centennial Community Association meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of the month.

Centennial Community Association meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month, 6:00 - 7:30 pm. Location: St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 14500 SE Powell Blvd. (south side of Powell). Please park in the west parking lot off 144th and enter either at the main sanctuary entrance or the office entrance on the west side. Proceed downstairs to the meeting place in the basement. If stairs are difficult, there is an elevator available. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome. Contact the board for details on the Annual Meeting with elections. |
