Buckman

Buckman, the first eastside neighborhood of Portland, is bounded by SE 28th, Hawthorne Blvd., East Burnside Street and on the west, the Willamette River. “East” Buckman (east of 12th Avenue) is residential and "West" industrial.

Meeting Time and Location
General Meetings Buckman Community Association (BCA) General Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of the month, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, immediately following the BCA Board meeting. In lieu of an August General Meeting, BCA hosts a picnic at Colonel Summers Park. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in May or June.

Meetings are open to the public, in-person at Hinson Baptist Church on 20th and Salmon (Salmon St. Entrance). Check the website for a link to join virtually.
