Brooklyn
Brooklyn is one of the oldest neighborhoods on the east side of Portland, with some homes and buildings dating back to the 1800’s. Brooklyn's residential lots are located within District 3. The western section of the neighborhood is within District 4 and includes nonresidential frontage along the Willamette River and Ross Island Natural Area.
