The Arlington Heights neighborhood is in southwest Portland. It is bounded by Burnside Street on the north, and Highway 26 on the south, and includes the Zoo, Hoyt Arboretum, and Washington Park.

Meeting Time and location
General meetings Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association holds quarterly General Membership Meetings on the second Wednesday of March, June, September (Annual Meeting with elections) and December, 6:00 - 7:30 pm, at Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center Library, 4000 SW Fairview Blvd. Check website for details. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome.
Board meetings Arlington Heights Neighborhood Association Board meets virtually on Zoom, the second Wednesday of the month, 6:00 - 7:30 pm, except the months when a quarterly General Membership Meeting is held; March, June, September and December.
