Woodstock

Woodstock is one of the city’s older neighborhoods, first platted in 1889. Business and civic activity is concentrated in Woodstock’s Village Center located on SE Woodstock Boulevard between SE 39th and SE 52nd Avenues. Woodstock is mostly located within District 3 but a small southern section that includes Tideman Johnson Natural Area is within District 4.

Meeting Time and Location
General Meetings Woodstock Neighborhood Association holds General Meetings on the 1st Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October and December, at 7:00 pm. Meetings are held remote via Zoom. Check the website for details on how to join.

Construction and Maintenance

Major sewer construction is complete. Some small tasks remain, such as spot paving, concrete curb repairs, and general site cleanup. These will be finished as weather conditions and subcontractor availability allow.
The project is in the design phase. Construction has been delayed until 2031.
Construction began in April 2023 and will continue through June 2026. Check the webpage for regular project updates.
