| General Meetings | Sylvan-Highlands Neighborhood Association holds General Membership Meetings 7:00 - 8:30 pm, on the second Tuesday of even-numbered months, at Portland Fire Station #16 Community Room, 1715 SW Skyline Blvd. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in May. Check the Sylvan-Highlands Neighborhood Association website for details. Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome. |
