Rose City Park
Rose City Park
In the heart of Central North East, Rose City Park was platted in 1907, the year of the first Portland Rose Festival. In addition to its eponymous park, other parks in the neighborhood include Normandale Park, Frazer Park, and the western part of Rose City Golf Course whose clubhouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
