Event and neighborhood parking around the Rose Quarter

Project

The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) manages on-street parking during large events in and around the Rose Quarter. This is done through a combination of strategies including pay-to-park in the Lloyd Event District and the Zone V Permit area in the Eliot neighborhood.
