Most frequently disclosed lobbying communications were related to the following topics:

  • Business/Economic Development:Safety Concerns, Downtown Issues (Recovery, Safety, and Development), and Lloyd Center Master Plan
  • Environment: Floodplain Resilience Plan and Portland Clean Energy Fund (Climate Investment Plan)
  • Housing and Community Development: Permit Consolidation and Houselessness

  • Lobbying groups reported spending approximately $159,999 in the quarter on City lobbying efforts.
