Resource Referrals

Information
Kenton
Outreach teams connect people experiencing houselessness to shelter, food and other support.

Across Portland, outreach teams connect people experiencing homelessness to resources such as shelter options, food, mental healthcare and job training.

Resource referrals are part of the Impact Reduction Program's work to minimize the impacts of homelessness today while the City of Portland expands long-term access to safe, affordable housing.
