Join us on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Life Change Church (3635 N Williams Ave, Portland, OR 97227) for the annual "Keep Alive the Dream" tribute honoring the enduring legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

This year's theme — "A Legacy in Motion: Moving the Dream Forward" — is a call to our community, a reminder that we are the keepers of this legacy- a collective responsibility to lift the next generation higher than the last.

Through drumming, spoken word, music, storytelling, education, and cultural expression, we acknowledge the beauty of who we are and the power of what we carry. Expect an afternoon filled with dynamic performances, community voices, youth leadership, cultural showcases, vendors, and more, each piece woven together as an offering to the past and a promise to the future.

This community event is free to all, and all ages are welcome.

This is more than a program — it is the Dream in motion.
