EPAP Committees carry out EPAP’s community advocacy. The public can help develop strategies to improve livability and prevent displacement in the East Portland area by participating in EPAP Committee Meetings.
Committees provide operational service and issue-related forums for developing strategies for implementing Action Plan items.
New members, and proposals for new representatives and committees, are welcome! To become an EPAP Representative, or to establish an EPAP Committee, you must attend at least two general EPAP meetings, sign a Participant Agreement (found on the bottom of this page), and request time on a general meeting agenda.
Contact the EPAP Advocate and team at epap@portlandoregon.gov for answers to EPAP advocacy questions and for information about getting involved, or committee leadership contact information.
