Station 7

Information

Fire Station 7 – Mill Park - Hazardous Materials Response

Portland Fire Station 7 is located at 1500 S.E. 122nd Ave. Fire Station 7 was built in 1975 and remodeled in 2001 as a result of the city’s effort to perform seismic upgrades on all stations. Station 07 continues to be one of the city’s busiest stations and will answer well over 10,000 calls this year. Engine and Truck 7 are housed at Station 7 along with the Battalion 3 Chief. Station 7 also houses a State of Oregon Regional Hazardous Materials Team with all members assigned to the station certified in Hazardous Materials Response. The HazMat team not only covers the City of Portland, but Columbia County as well. Station 7’s response area has transitioned from a rural setting, when the station was originally built, into a dense urban landscape today.
