PBOT offers the Winter Healthy Businesses program. The following information provides additional PF&R Fire Marshal's Office permit guidelines for tents/canopies and keeping other winter equipment clear of pedestrian zones.

Winter Healthy Businesses permits
All current Healthy Businesses summer permits expire Oct. 31, 2021. To ensure businesses can stay open in a way that serves their customers through fall and winter, PBOT will continue the Winter Healthy Businesses permit program. Applications for Healthy Businesses permits are now open.
New applicants, or applicants that don’t need their permit to start Nov. 1 can apply anytime.
