A complete application packet (including fees and plans) must be received at least 21 calendar days before the event. Any permit request packet received after the deadline may be charged double fees. The permit application must be submitted with a floor plan of the area being used for the event, and floor plans must be drawn to scale. Plans cannot be reviewed without all required submittal criteria (see requirements included with this application).
