Fire performance art requires that both the artist and the venue have a fire permit. Fire performance artists must have a permit for each performance.
Please fill out this form. You may submit it via email, mail, or drop it off at our location.
The following must be included with the permit application:
- A to-scale site plan of the venue that includes the dimensions of the room, aisles, performance area, seating and equipment layout and the location of all exits.
- Written authorization from the property owner allowing the fire art performance. If the performance will be in a public space such as a park or street, the authorization must come from the responsible City bureau.
