Portland Fire & Rescue has community meeting rooms available for public use in seven fire stations located throughout the City of Portland.

Contact PF&R from Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to check a station community meeting room’s availability, if have any questions about the reservation process, or to receive a Meeting Room Packet.
Fill out the form
In the meeting room packet, review the Community Meeting Room Policy and then complete the Reservation Request Form and Certificate of Insurance Requirements.
Mail the completed packet
Submit the completed forms, along with two checks or money orders (one for the $100 refundable deposit and one for the room payment, based on the hourly rate) made payable to the “City Treasurer.”
