The Portland Freight Advisory Committee (PFC) serves as an advisory group to the Bureau of Transportation and City Council on issues related to freight mobility. The PFC was formed in February 2003 and includes both community member volunteers and public agency representatives.

The River Community Advisory Committee is a citizen advisory body comprised of six members who represent a variety of interests relating to floating structures. It assists with the development of procedures and administrative guidelines for implementing city code relating to floating structures.
Lloyd District Community Association meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month. The Annual Meeting with elections is held in May. These meetings are always open to the public.
Regularly scheduled Design Commission Hearings are the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.

Regularly scheduled Historic Landmarks Commission Hearings are the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
The purpose of the committee is to focus on issues impacting transportation network company (TNC) drivers and serve as a forum where drivers can express issues, concerns, and suggestions about this evolving industry.
