- Helped pass the Portland Clean Energy Fund, the first program of its kind in the country that taxes corporations to provide dedicated funding for climate action that advances racial and social justice. PCEF opened up their first round of grant funding ($6-8 million) for community-based programs that center frontline communities and climate justice in the fall of 2020.
- Co-created the country’s strongest 100% renewable energy commitment.
- Co-created the strongest green roof regulations in the country.
- Worked with the Multnomah Youth Commission to advocate for YouthPass as a fully funded program to provide free transit to all youth 18 and under, regardless of income or school status.
- Opposed the Zenith Oil Terminal expansion and supported City efforts to block the expansion. In 2019, despite a challenging legal situation, the Office of Community Technology found a way to deny Zenith Energy additional pipes for its northwest industrial terminal. Commissioner Eudaly hoped to do more to combat Zenith’s expansion, and Council's reaffirmed commitment to no new fossil fuel infrastructure will help that effort in the future. Mercury Coverage.

- Chose the Sunrise Movement to receive a Spirit of Portland award in the fall of 2019 to support youth climate action.
