This Thursday, May 7th, Mayor Ted Wheeler will hold a news conference to release his proposed budget for fiscal year (FY) 2020-21 for the City of Portland. The Mayor and City Budget Office Director Jessica Kinard will be speaking.
City Economist Josh Harwood and Chief Human Resource Officer Cathy Bless will be on standby, ready to answer media questions. Eileen Park will also be moderating this press conference.
