City Budget Office Director Jessica Kinard and City Economist Josh Harwood will brief media on the budget process and how it has evolved with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on the economy. Eileen Park, Mayor Wheeler's Director of Communications will be moderating. This is an opportunity for reporters to ask questions about the overall budget process, not specific to the Mayor’s proposed budget.
