- After years of unproductive work and millions of dollars spent before she took office, Commissioner Eudaly directed BDS to upgrade its permitting system software to a version that was supported by the vendor and assembled a team who successfully implemented an upgrade to the system that enables permits to be reviewed and issued online.

- De-prioritized enforcement against tiny home and enforcement against sleeping in tiny homes and RVs on private property throughout the housing emergency.
- Initiated the final changes of the Title 29 Code and enhanced rental inspections that created greater requirements and accountability for pest management, hazardous materials, interior dampness, and mold—ensured that tenants are better protected from livability violations.
- Ended the 20-year contract for landlord trainings that focused on criminal behaviors of tenants and initiated a complete revision of the training with an equity lens.
