What type of concern are you trying to report?
Examples: yard is overgrown, unsafe conditions, or a poorly maintained building.
Examples: short-term rentals, running a business, or someone living in a space that isn't approved for housing.
Examples: work without permits or the size or location of buildings or fences.

Property line disputes, boundary disagreements, and damage caused by neighbors are civil matters between property owners. The City of Portland does not have jurisdiction over these issues.

  • Consult with a real estate attorney
  • Consider mediation services
