Portland City Council Enters Final Phase of FY 2026‑27 Budget Adoption

Portland City Council is gearing up to take key votes to adopt the FY 2026-2027 Budget in the coming weeks. The City is required to adopt a balanced budget each June, and the coming weeks represent the final opportunity for Council and the public to weigh in before formal adoption.

Submit Written Testimony

Community members are invited to provide year-round written comments related to the City of Portland's budget, or testimony on specific Council agenda items related to the budget process. These comments will be shared with City Council members and leadership and included in the public record.
